YEAR 9 SCIENCE Looking under the microscope was a fun lesson the Year 9’s undertook last week.
Learning to position the slides and focus the lens until you could clearly see the item led to Lexi undertaking her own science experiment.
Intrigued by what she saw, Lexi wondered if water from a puddle would contain living organisms.
After collecting some puddle water, using a dropper to place the water on a slide, adding some blue dye and looking at it up close. We are happy to report that there are no living organisms in puddle water, just dirt
